Made a mistake or changed your mind?

Easy to fix! Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to lodge your return. We can happily provide a refund for any product returned within 60 days of purchase that is unopened, unused and in a resalable condition with all seals intact. Any linked free gift items must be returned also. Please carefully package and protect your returned item/s so we receive these back in great condition. A $4 restocking fee may be applicable.

Faulty or broken product received?

Don’t cry over spilt cleanser. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance. We can talk you through how to ‘help’ some products to dispense, or will lodge a return for you if your product is faulty or broken. To satisfy our individual supplier return guidelines, we will require the faulty / broken product to be returned to us within 60 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

Not the product you ordered?

Oops, how did that happen? Apologies if you have something a little different to what you thought you ordered. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to lodge your concern so we can swiftly correct it. We can provide you with a Reply Paid address so you can carefully wrap and return the item.

Reaction to your new product? 

Skin flare-ups and intolerances can occasionally happen. Should you experience a reaction to your purchased product, contact us immediately to discuss your concern. This should be within 60 days of purchase. Our experienced team of Skin Experts can offer professional advice and gather information surrounding your reaction to seek approval from the relevant manufacturer. Please note that information gathered is to meet supplier returns guidelines, which often requires photographic evidence with no more than 20% of the product used.

All approved returns will receive a refund back to the original Credit Card, PayPal or Afterpay account used to make the purchase. Approved returns are refunded so you can create your new order as we do not offer exchanges. Unless deemed an error on behalf of Activeskin, you will need to cover the return delivery fees. A small $4.95 delivery fee may be incurred should your return reduce the original order below our free delivery threshold, which is currently $50.00.
